Judge Adams is cruel and inhumane. He utilizes his knowledge of the law to suit his convenience in denying 99% of the human beings that appear before him whether non citizens or lawyers. He is calculated in that he studies the cases that come before him and already has a pre-prepared decision for final hearings. He tells the lawyer he’ll be back in 20 minutes to render an oral decision and he’s got it all typed up and just reads. Since he handles exclusively detained cases, no detained alien stands a chance. He backs lawyers and Respondents into a corner and Respondents inevitably end up waiving appeal. He has no patience to listen to a case because he’s got his plan to deny and pretermits testimony or evidence to suit his preconceived denial. He has 100% control of the government lawyers and maneuvers them to suit his position. He gets enraged when a lawyer insists on putting on his clients case. He belittles the lawyer and engages in debates over what he believes the law should be applied. He’s the Devil at the Tower of Terror which is what we lawyers refer to as the St. Mary’s Satellite Court. Lawyers hate appearing before him and clients are duly warned that they are “doomed”. He’s unjust and inhumane.

He has a very calm professional demeanor but denies just about everything and his bias (in favor of Removal) is very clear. It’s like speaking to a log- its irrelevant what experts state, evidence shows or common sense and common good warrants, he will go the extra mile to find some illogical reason to deny relief.

the most biased judge I’ve ever encountered. prejudges each case before him. no hearing testimony matters since his decision is ready before each case is presented.
