In September of 2014 I was ordered to be removed from United States by honorable judge Saul Greenstein. 10 days prior to my court trial I was given some paperwork to study and prepare myself to defend, and some guidelines about the court procedures, I was to defend myself as a pro se,in the court it was me, honorable judge and a prosecutor from the government, during the trial the prosecutor from the government asked me questions which was not given to me to study but me being not a lawyer did not object to those questions and that ended up as my deportation from the country.
Neither Pakistan or Bangladesh are issuing me travel documents, and since I’ve been in the United States for over 40 years and all this time legally I have no ties left in either country, it’s been 9 years since I was ordered to be removed from United States, currently I don’t have a job, don’t have the authorization for employment, don’t have a valid driver license or ID,don’t have a permanent place to live I need help please please someone help me.
    Sincerely:- Imrul Mintoo.

This judje removed me for my 3rd DUI(1st felony ever) and a family assault (misdemeanor). Today, I’m still a father but from Nicaragua and I keep in touch with my kids in Texas. I wish I would’ve had a better judge or at least a straight judge. I know that if I was tried in Florida for the same charges I know I wouldn’t have gotten removed. What could be done now? It’s been over 7 years and I would love to have another chance. I would’ve gone through the Mexican border but I’m not gonna take advantage of the circumstances the current administration has the border in. I want to do it the right way. I’ve missed so much in my kids lives, and to still see them grow up without me, brings me to my knees. I have no money for an attorney I know they can run up quite a bill and I just don’t make enough. My mother is a citizen and so is my sister. Who can I turn too?
