About the Immigration Judge

Attorney General John Ashcroft appointed Judge Brennan in August 2003. Judge Brennan received a bachelor of arts degree in 1969 from Marywood College, a master of arts degree in 1972 from George Washington University, and a juris doctorate in 1985 from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was an adjunct professor of law from 1992 to 2003. From July 2000 to August 2003, Judge Brennan served on the Board of Immigration Appeals in Falls Church, Va. From 1993 to 2000, she served as a political appointee in the Clinton Administration under Attorney General Janet Reno as Deputy Assistant Attorney General. From 1987 to 1993, Judge Brennan served as an assistant U.S. attorney in the District of Columbia. From 1977 to 2002, she was a member of the District of Columbia Bar Board of Governors and a founding member of the Edward Bennet Williams Inn of Court in Washington, D.C. Judge Brennan currently serves on the Adjunct Faculty at Fordham Law School. She is a fellow of the American Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Council of New York City. Judge Brennan is a member of the District of Columbia and New York State Bars.

    Hi my name is Oneil Brown, and I just want to say that judge Noel Brennan is a very honest and truthful woman I respect her decision I have being before her a few times and she gives her honest opinion to my case and I will see her again on August 3 2022 and I hope and pray to God that he blesses her heart and make the right decision this time for me.
