This judge is not a fair judge as he omitted my testimony as a wife of a an applicant trying to obtain his approval for the permanent residence. As a petitioner for my husband, I should had the opportunity to speak on his behalf and give my testimony to assure our marriage is real. Judge Ferguson knew I was waiting to testified, in fact, I waited for FOUR straight hours for him to call me, but he decided not to accept my testimony as there were mistake in the application and made the unfair decision to denied the petition. Now my husband has 30 days to appeal the decision and have to come up with over $5000 dollars to do so. If the appeal is denied then my husband will be deported, even when my petition as an American citizen I-130 was approved and we presented plenty of evidence demonstrating our marriage is real. Judge Ferguson unfairness view of the case is going to forever impact me and my family.
