Judge Crosland has zero patience and gets confused easily. However, he is not unfair. When he usually grants something to make you leave the courtroom happy. Maybe I have been lucky but I always have had a good experience with him.
Note 1. he does examination, cross-examination, and re-directs by himself and then asks the attorneys if they have any questions to ask. 2. He does not like children in his courtroom even the master. (Direct quote: Children are excused, they are excused today, they are excused tomorrow, they are always excused. I do not want children in my courtroom!)

IJ Crosland is always late. Every. Single. Time. For ICHs he does not allow counsel or DHS to ask any questions until he is bored. Sometimes he falls asleep, but not for long. He has a quick temper and gets frustrated when clients do not answer his questions directly. Despite this, he is fair and often grants asylum cases that are meritorious.
